Jamahal Hill has never felt better

Jack Hermansson shares his thoughts on his ideal next fight

This week, I was fortunate to be joined by one of Europe's finest talents in the world of MMA, UFC no.6 ranked middleweight, Jack Hermansson. The topics covered were a mix of MMA and freestyle wrestling and for good reason, as Hermansson is set to return to competition, although not on the stage we've become accustomed to watching him in. Instead, the Joker returns to face one of the world's most popular fighters, the man they call 'Borz', newly-ranked UFC welterweight, Khamzat Chimaev.

From out of nowhere

Yep, this wrestling match-up has literally landed on our doorsteps from literally nowhere. Hermansson has been mostly dormant since his last UFC showing when he pummeled rising prospect Edmen Shabazyan back at UFC Vegas 27 in May 2021. Whereas, Chimaev has taken the world by storm since his dominating win against Li Jingliang at UFC 267 in Abu Dhabi on October 30th, and notably called to fight a number of fighters to UFC president Dana White, as he held his opponent in mid-air, so you are forgiven if you never saw this one landing.
